Poly material is held in a drum pumped through reactor hoses and directly under the concrete. The polylevel system is a state of the art approach to repairing sunken concrete slabs such as sidewalks driveways patios pool apron decks garage aprons and basement slabs. Replace the slab with new concrete or raise the slab by pumping a mortar based mixture underneath the settling slab. Mudjacking and poly leveling concrete will raise and support sunken or unstable concrete slabs by drilling holes and pumping material under the slab.

The polylevel system utilizes high density polyurethane foam to stabilize and level concrete floors and foundations. If the soil beneath a concrete slab is not sufficiently dense or strong the slab s weight will push down on the soil causing the slab to sink below its proper level. Trico poly systems has a full engineering and manufacturing staff located at our state of the art springfield new jersey facility. In action polylevel expands to many times its original volume forcing the sunken concrete back to its original level.

Concrete problems often are associated with two notable characteristics of the material. We are current and active members in pma and cuma. Injection holes are much smaller than those required for mud jacking. Polyurethane is a completely self contained system.
